• Cancellations after 48 hours will be eligible for a partial refund based on work completed.

• Digital services (Web Development, SEO, etc.): Refunds will be assessed case-by-case depending on project status.

• Domain & Hosting Services: Non-refundable once purchased or activated, as these are non-returnable digital goods.
